Good morning, IBS Sisters! Happy Saturday! Happy Fall! It may be technically Fall, but here in North Carolina, the high today is 90 degrees! But to ring in Fall, I made a Spiced Chai Almond Milk Latte! In my last post, I made an IBS Sister Friendly Matcha Latte. I thought I’d give this one a try since I had my new frother! I just made the Spiced Chai Tea from Trader Joes, and then added almond milk. Since this tea isn’t powder, the actual tea is more liquid, so you don’t add as much Almond Milk as the Green Tea Latte. Considering this latte is mostly tea and not mostly almond milk, I noticed it took about twice as long to have the frothy consistency. I can’t find the picture of me frothing this tea :(, but I still wanted to share that you can make all different kinds of IBS Friendly Lattes! Alotta Lattes! 🙂
