Easy Like a Sunday Snack

With NFL starting up today, you might find yourself with an array of unfriendly IBS Sister options to snack on with friends. If you want to bring a healthy option to the table, Kale Chips are an awesome choice! Coined the “Queen of Greens”, kale is full of vitamin A, C, & K, is low in calories, and most importantly, IBS friendly (low-FODMAP, dairy free, gluten free!)

A pre-made bag of Kale Chips at the store is rather expensive for a bag mostly filled with air, but with these cooking greens for under $3.00, the olive oil and salt in your pantry, this is a fast, low cost, high nutritious treat! Not to mention, delicious!
