IBS Friendly Pumpkin Pancakes! Happy Fall, Ya’ll!

With Pumpkin Spice Latte being a top trending topic, I thought us IBS Sisters needed in on some of the pumpkin fun! After all, pumpkin is low-FODMAP! We may not be able to indulge in the popular latte, but there’s plenty of pumpkin recipes we can indulge in! With fall just around the corner, there’s nothing I love more than warm pumpkin dishes and cinnamon spice aromas filling the house. Pancakes and waffles are also a weakness but the gluten and milk usually deter me. Check out these IBS Friendly, low calorie, pumpkin pancakes!

1.Mash two ripe bananas.

2. Mix in two eggs or half a cup of egg whites, whisk.


3. Mix in 1/3 cup of pumpkin purΓ©e, whisk.


4. Add in a few dashes of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, or any spices you like. Also, a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.


5. Pour on the griddle for a yummy, healthy, IBS Friendly, Saturday breakfast!


6. Top with maple syrup, & eat as many as you want, GUILT FREE!
