Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Pumpkin is packed with vitamin A, fiber and potassium, it is low-FODMAP, and it is delicious! Try this healthy, Pumpkin Pie Smoothie for a delicious breakfast, no need to wait until Thanksgiving dinner to get your pumpkin pie fix!


1 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 cup of pumpkin puree

1 banana

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (I only had cinnamon and it was still delicious!)

1 packet of stevia

4 ice cubes

Blend until smooth, enjoy!
