With the holidays coming up, everyone is talking about cheese & wine. For some reason, I salivate with jealousy every time someone mentions some kind of event. Being an IBS Sister, I can’t eat cheese, & I probably shouldn’t drink wine. Luckily, I drink wine anyways, and there are non-dairy cheese options! Just like you shouldn’t feel guilty for asking for special cooking instructions at a restaurant, you shouldn’t feel guilty about bringing your own cheese to these events! I saw this article & there are some great options I didn’t even know existed! Almond cheese?! Check it out!
