Meatless Monday Morning

I hope all my Sisters had an awesome Monday! It was the first day back to reality after all the Holiday fun! I started a new job today, so it’s time to hit the ground running! Exciting things to come this year in 2015! We all are going to try to nurture our IBS this year, right?! Lol, I know it’s hard to be on such a strict diet, so I’m going to share with you one of my breakfast favorites! It’s got enough fiber and protein to keep you going all morning long! But first, don’t forget to drink your lemon water first! I did a ginger tea with lemon this morning to try to relieve some stomach pain. If you mix lemon and a splash of almond milk in your tea, I’ve noticed it makes a weird consistency, so I’ll probably stick to either/or. But as far as the morning goes, when life gives you lemons!

1 Banana (️️1 frozen cut up banana is the best)
1-2 Tbs. of Peanut Butter
1 cup of unsweetened non-dairy Milk (soy, coconut, almond, etc.)
1 tbs. of Ground Flax Seed
1 tbs. of Chia Seeds
1 packet of Stevia
A dash of cinnamon

Calories: 355- 455

Nutritional Info: Gluten & Dairy free, low-FODMAP!

This is a well balanced shake with protein, potassium, and fiber! Enjoy! Let’s stay on track this year, Sisters!
