Fish Tacos are the Best Tacos!

I promised I would make fish tacos again soon so I could share them with my Sisters 🙂 it’s so simple, yet so delicious! I start with coconut oil in the pan & adding the fish, with a squeeze of lime! I have also broiled it before, which is also good! Whatever method you choose, don’t over cook fish! I used tilapia!

If you are doing a low-FODMAP diet, it may not be the best idea to use taco seasoning because they usually have garlic & onion powder. So I used chili powder, salt, pepper, & oregano.

I cooked the fish on medium heat for about 8 minutes, & it’s just that simple! I then added the corn tortillas in with a little more coconut oil, & it was so delicious!

You can add salsa, guacamole, cheese, hot sauce, or plain! Whatever your stomach allows. I had mine plain & they were delicious!

This gives you a gluten free, dairy free, low-FODMAP option that the whole family will enjoy! I hope all my Sisters had a great weekend! Xoxo
