Hi Sisters!

I hope you all had a great VALENTINE’S Day weekend πŸ™‚ Hopefully all the chocolate temptations didn’t hurt your stomach TOO bad. I finished my Valentine’s Day weekend off with a massage this morning, and the Massage TherapistΒ actually told me a tip for IBS! She said that drinking Blueberry Juice is good for inflammation, and helps her with her symptoms. Blueberries also soften dry skin, boosts your brain cells, and may even prevent cancer! I bought some today, so I will let you know how that works out! Being that it’s low-FODMAP, I’m definitely excited to try!


Has anyone ever tried Pure Blueberry Juice to relieve their IBS Symptoms? I must add, it’s rather tasty!
