Good evening Sisters! Some good guesses on Twitter for the Sweet Potato Fry look a likes, but can you believe they’re carrots?!
All you have to do is to buy a bag of carrot sticks (a lot easier than slicing your own, but you can do that, too!), toss them in some oil, sprinkle with sea salt, lay them on a baking sheet lined with foil, and bake for 22-25 minutes at 425 degrees! The longer you bake them, the more they taste like the real thing! I even dunk them in ketchup (without HFCS, of course).
You can get creative, too! Either use olive oil, or coconut oil like I did. You can sprinkle with sugar, salt, stevia, Rosemary, whatever you’re in the mood for! The whole bag of carrot sticks only has 140 calories! Talk about being really full for a low calorie, delicious side item to your favorite dinner! 12 sweet potato fries have 150 calories!
