What do you do when someone wants to do a “coffee date” at Starbucks, and you are trying to be good to your IBS and stay caffeine free? You drink decaf tea, of course! Starbucks just started serving Teavana teas, which are absolutely delicious! I first hadΒ Teavana in the mall, and was so pleased to hear that Starbucks would be serving their brand.

The first tea I tried was the Pineapple Kona Pop. It is a real treat, and with the coconut milk that Starbucks is now serving, it’s tropical and delicious! The tea is always piping hot (which is bad for digestion & my tongue!), so I usually let it steep, and then pour some into a side of coconut milk, and then poor some of the mixture back into my cup.

??????????

There has been a shortage of Kona Pop (because it’s just that good, I guess!) so today, I branched out and got the Mint Majesty. It was probably a blessing in disguise because my tummy could use some peppermint therapy today! It was also delicious πŸ™‚ Mint majesty is a mix of spearmint and peppermint with a pinch of lemon verbena.

Starbucks also has other decaf Teavana options, including Passion Tango & Peach Tranquility.

IBS hasΒ helped me learn to love and appreciate tea. We are having a parTEAΒ for my nieces 2nd Birthday party and I can’t wait! “Tea for 2!” Happy Drinking, Sisters! Cheers! xoxo
