Sunday Supper Side! #LowFodmap #Healthy #BabyBokChoy

Looking for a new side to spice up your weekend supper? Try baby Bok Choy! It’s more tender than it’s parent. Bok Choy is Chinese cabbage, so don’t ask me how it’s happy for our tummies, but I’ve read that it is! I sautéed mine in a pan in coconut oil, and added a little pepper, ground ginger, and soy sauce. Yum! You can eat plenty of stalks to fill your belly without filling your calorie count! I’ve also seen these grilled, baked, and steamed! Enjoy!!
