Thanks to, I have a new favorite afternoon snack, Oranges! They have been proven to lower stress, something I could use at work towards the end of the day! It’s also a sweet, refreshing snack, that’s IBS Friendly & low-FODMAP!

 If oranges also help with my bloat, that’s a flat out bonus! 😉 Healthy Hint: I’m more likely to eat my orange if I slice it up in the morning and put it in a zip lock bag or container and carry it to work that way. Less messy & less work at your desk! Go Orange!
