It’s not too late for #NationalDessertDay!

& all of these TWO ingredients can be found in your kitchen! All you need is 1 cup of oats and 2 ripe bananas! You can leave them at these two ingredients, or you can spice them up any way you wish, aka whatever your tummy can handle! Chocolate chips, raisans, pecans, cranberries, the list is endless! Here’s the ones that I made tonight, when I found out late in the day it was National Dessert Day. These are gluten and dairy free, and low-FODMAP & LOW CALORIE!

Two ripe bananas, 1 cup of oats, two sprinkle shakes of pumpkin spice, one packet of Stevia, a dash of sea salt, a splash of vanilla, and a sprinkle (tablespoon) of chia seeds. That’s it!

Mash it all together for your “dough”

Grease foil on a cookie sheet, and spoon “dough” on the sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes on 350 degrees.

Wahla! A delicious, healthy cookie, in a matter of minutes! You and your digestion will love it. The second picture of the cookie, I smashed the top with a spoon. You can leave it like the top picture or do the same 🙂 Enjoy with a glass of almond milk or some warm tea! Yum!
