Anti-Inflammatory Cure-All Post Turkey Day Drink

I hope all of my Sisters had a very Happy Thanksgiving! I’m very thankful for this community and my followers! I am also thankful for my family, friends, food, shelter, and water! What are you thankful for this year?

If you’re anything like me, you may have been a little too thankful for food and drink yesterday and over indulged for a Sister, especially (no one is perfect, not even an IBS Sister). If so, and your digestion took a hit, try this Anti-Inflammatory Cure All drink! It’s sure to have you bouncing back in no time.

Ingredients (I was able to find all of these ingredients at Whole Foods):

1 cup of non-dairy milk (coconut or almond)

1 tbs of coconut oil

1 tsp of Turmeric

2 tsp fresh grated ginger or 1 tsp dried

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 tsp of cardamom

Stevia to sweeten (1 packet)


Put the 1 tbs of coconut oil in a saucepan on the stove, over medium heat. Once it has melted, add grated ginger and turmeric.


Stir to combine and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Add non-dairy milk, stir to combine.


Add all other ingredients.


Whisk together.


Simmer until warm and enjoy!
