I love to see IBS friendly food and beverages being recognized 🙂 I just wanted to share one little tip with you all. Instead of buying the 90 calorie per cup almond milk, go for the unsweetened vanilla kind with 30 calories per cup. To make it sweet, I add a packet of Stevia!
Save 60 calories per cup! I use almond milk in smoothies a lot of times, and fruit usually has enough sugar for my taste. But if not, or if I’m just drinking a cup of almond milk before bedtime, a packet of Stevia makes it a sweet, low-calorie, treat!
